Our Molds
The precision of the moulds, made of all steels and aluminium, is the basis for careful quality production. Latest generation machine tools offer maximum precision in steel surface processing, a feature that distinguishes us and allows us to operate on very low tolerances. In addition to making molds from scratch, we also work on molds made by third parties with repairs, ad hoc modifications and maintenance.
Partnership
For over 25 years we have been collaborating with Chinese companies with whom we have established a fluid and efficient relationship. This allows us to offer our customers the opportunity to save without sacrificing the quality that our company can guarantee.
In Italy, the mold is designed in our CAD-CAM centers and in China, the mold and sampling are made under our close supervision.

The precision of the steel moulds, whether made in our workshops or in partnership with Chinese companies, is the basis for careful quality production.
Upon completion of the mold sampling/testing, we carry out precision checks internally with a 3D arm accompanied by PPAP documentation.
